At a young age, Billy met his grandparents in the UK and since then has been obsessed with the British culture despite his young age. He was exposed to the British accent since he was born since his parents were immigrants from the UK. Billy has this accent even though he was born in the US. Billy developed a love for reading and writing from reading British literature.
